New Location Intro

We’re excited to announce that FTY LAB will be moved to a new location in June 2026.

Our new venue will give us more room to grow, improving your experience, and introducing exciting new service while keeping everything you already know and love at the heart of FTY.

Whether you’re a member, party customer, or regular weekly booking customer, your existing arrangements will transfer smoothly, and we’ll make sure the process is seamless.

When is FTY moving?

Our current site will close from Sunday 14th June as we prepare for the move. Any bookings scheduled after this date will take place at our new centre, with our official launch on Saturday 28th June. We’ll also have exciting events happening in the lead-up to opening (more details coming soon).

Will my membership still be valid?

Yes, all memberships will automatically transfer to the new location with no interruption.

What happens to my existing party booking?

If you already have a party booked, your booking will remain secure with the same features and our team will contact you if any action is needed.

Will weekly bookings continue as normal?

Yes, weekly sessions and regular bookings will continue as usual, and any changes will be communicated well in advance.

Will party prices change?

Bundles will go up slightly for new and enhanced party experiences.

Will the new venue offer anything new?

Yes, we’ll be introducing exciting new services, products and upgrades, which we’ll announce soon.

Where is the new location?

We will be located very close to Poole Town Football Club - BH15 2AF.

Will there be any disruption during the move?

We aim to make the transition as smooth as possible and minimise disruption. If anything affects your booking, we’ll notify you directly.

Is parking available at the new venue?

Yes, free parking will be available at the new location for all visitors.

Is the new venue easy to get to by public transport?

Absolutely. The new centre is well connected, with plenty of nearby public transport links including Poole bus station and Poole train station.

Will there be any launch events or special offers?
